I have been a P.T. since 1989, and have worked in various settings, including inpatient rehabilitation, schools, and currently in my home office providing MFR. The results have been amazing for my clients as well as for myself. It's remarkable how, when you treat the whole body, you can get even long-standing problems to melt away!

When I was recovering from ovarian cancer in 2008, I received my 1st MFR treatment. I had extensive abdominal scarring, poor digestion, and decreased energy levels. After treatment, I was motivated, mobile, and hungry! My sluggish digestive tract synchronized. It felt so good to thrive again! I wish all survivors were aware that myofascial release exists, and you can get back your life after a trying ordeal.
Within months, I began training with John Barnes, PT, to become a myofascial release specialist. John developed this technique after he had unsuccessful treatment following a debilitating back injury. After numerous amazing seminars, where we treat each other and get treated, I am now an expert practitioner of MFR, and I work with people of all ages.
I happily provide myofascial release in my own town, where I can help the community to live painfree, and return to the activities they love!
