Move Freely PT offers a variety of services, including myofascial release, neuromuscular re-education, home exercise programs, patient education, manual therapy, and holistic treatments.

No, you do not need a referral to come to Move Freely PT. However, some insurance plans may require a referral for coverage. See our Insurance page for more information.

Yes, Move Freely PT will work electronically with most insurances. We will ask you for your insurance information as part of your intake process. For insurances we don't accept or if you prefer, we can also provide you with a superbill so that you can submit for reimbursement. Manual therapy requires skin-to-skin contract, so shorts and a tank top, or bathing suit, are most appropriate. Please refrain from wearing perfumes, colognes, and/or body lotions.

You will receive a full body assessment, treatment, suggestions for further self-care, and appropriate exercises to do at home. Also expect to be pleasantly surprised from a feeling of relief and hope!!!

The office is in the back of my home. Appointments run on time, so please wait in your car or take a walk if you arrive early. This allows me to clean up, set up, and prepare the room for your individualized treatment.

Please call and text us as soon as you know you are running late so that we can adjust accordingly, if possible.

To be fair to everyone's time involved, except in emergencies or due to a Force Majeure, Move Freely PT requires a 24-hour (1 full business day) notice for any cancellation. If you do not inform us within this time limit, we will have to charge you in full for our time. 

So please call, text, or email us as soon as you know you need to cancel so that we can reschedule your session and/or rearrange other patients' schedules. 

We will do our best to accommodate you because we really want you to receive our treatment so you can begin to feel better!
